Jake Paul Sent Final Offer To KSI For Christmas Eve Mega-Event, Still Awaiting An Answer

05/18/2025

Jake Paul wants to settle his longstanding personal beef with fellow influencer-turned-boxer KSI once and for all, and for all to see.

Business partner and Most Valuable Promotions (MVP) CEO Nakisa Bidarian revealed that Paul has issued what he’s calling a final offer to settle the score with KSI on December 24 — Christmas Eve — in what would be one of the biggest crossover boxing events of the year.

But according to Paul’s camp, the only thing left is for KSI to say yes.

“Jake wants to fight KSI. He does not need to fight KSI,” Bidarian emphasized in a recent statement. Paul’s team is prepared to move on if the offer isn’t accepted soon.

The deal, sent by MVP to KSI’s representatives at Wasserman Boxing, reflects terms both sides have reportedly discussed before — but this time, it’s official. The offer includes:

• A 10-round professional boxing match

• A weight limit of 192.5 pounds

• An 18’ x 18’ ring

• Full VADA drug testing for both fighters

• A co-promotion between Most Valuable Promotions and Wasserman Boxing

• A 60/40 UK pay-per-view revenue split in favor of KSI and Wasserman

• A 60/40 US pay-per-view revenue split in favor of Jake Paul and MVP

• A 50/50 split of all other revenue, including additional global PPV territories

According to Bidarian, Wasserman has now been sitting on the offer for over two weeks without any formal response, despite engaging publicly about the potential fight on social media. While fans of both continue to clamor for the long-anticipated grudge match, frustration appears to be growing on Paul’s side.

Paul (11-1, 7 KOs) and KSI (4-1, 3 KOs) have had a heated and highly personal rivalry dating back to 2018, when KSI fought and drew with Jake’s older brother Logan Paul in a white-collar boxing match, later winning the professional rematch. Jake Paul, who has gone on to face the likes of Mike Tyson, Tyron Woodley, and Anderson Silva, has made clear that he wants to finally settle his personal vendetta with KSI in the ring.

Still, Paul is keeping his options open. He’s slated to face Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on June 28. He’s also reportedly held exploratory talks with other fighters, including Gervonta “Tank” Davis and Badou Jack.

Bidarian also revealed that Paul intends to challenge for a world championship within the next 18 months.
