FIGHT HIM!!! TF đĄ
Now Iâve been doing goodâreal goodâwhen it comes to controlling my temper. I guess you could say I was on a hiatus of sorts, but this tweet right here?
Now weâre gonna be left with smooth-brained lemmings repeating talking points planted by the writers of yesteryear.
E-mail champion.
Fake champion.
Paper champion.
Simple question: Can you whoop him though?
(Writers and you quagmire one-arm punchers?)
With these tariffs increasing the price of dat oilâ˘ď¸, yâall really gonna piss me off. This laptop may need a backup. But before I go off on a tangent, letâs just look at the facts.
As reported by Brunch Boxing, David Benavidez had already left before the rematch even finished in the ring on 2/22/25âhe was en route back to the States.

Whatever came of the discussions ringside and Bivolâs subsequent victory, all momentum toward the bout fans were promised was suddenly gone. The ânext big fight,â as indicated by Alalshikh, came to a screeching halt.
The WBC ordered the bout immediatelyâand then came the press war: Mauricio and the WBC vs. Turki Alalshikh and The Ring (and their usual flock of writers). Now if youâre anything like me, you couldnât care less what any of them have to say. Iâm looking for the fightsâand the actions taken to make them happen.
So where Gritty made his pointâwhat can be done to prove nobodyâs ducking Benavidez? Simple answer. Two words: FIGHT HIM.
The WBC has decided to consolidate at 175âone WBC champion (no vacant, interim, diamond, franchise, etc.). In response, Benavidez has petitioned the WBA to have the winner of the trilogy fight him or be stripped of the title.
What everyone should want from a championship fighterâincluding owning his past mistakes and not making excusesâis exactly what Benavidez seems to embody. Yet he still has his fair share of detractors and haters⌠which, in boxing, is a good thing.
So if someone were to ask me, âAngry Ass Nigga, do you think Bivol is ducking?â No. No, I donât. But weâll see if the fight ever materializesâor if business gets ahead of boxing like the dictionary in reverse.
And if Iâm being completely honest? Iâm not 100% sure the trilogy even happens next.
